

What is BENEFITsoft and how can I use it to understand my benefit plan?
BENEFITsoft is POMCO's online service that puts access to claims and benefit information right at your fingertips.
BENEFITsoft allows you to:
- View covered services under your benefit plan
- Locate participating providers nationwide
- View a summary of paid claims
- Print claim forms
- Link to other health and wellness websites
- Receive email notifications when claims have been paid
How do I access BENEFITsoft?
1. Log into www.benefitsoft.com
2. Under the login and password fields you will see "If you are a PLAN MEMBER and do not have an account, click Sign-Up to create your account."
3. Click on "Sign-up"
4. Accept the license agreement
5. You will be asked to provide general information, some of which can be obtained from your benefit ID card.
Once you've created your account, you are ready to access the BENEFITsoft portal and be connected to valuable information regarding your benefit plan.
